Their character Demetria redesigned.
Tongue/gums are of orange shades with a hint of blue here and there. For the rest the palette is just there.
I hope it looks enough pretty and dragon-like though anthros are out of my comfort zone
And I think choosing the pose+lineart took more than half of the total time.
It's a flat color
