Dragon-Fanatics New Mascot Contest

I wasn't really inspired but I took this chance to finally upload something.
As the title says this was made for a contest that ends tomorrow. The upload took so long even though this was finished on September 15th because I saw an entry with a similar texture/color.
But at the end I decided to upload it anyway and give this guy a try. Not that I like it very much but yeah.

Yes, I uploaded the psd because I was too lazy to save a jpg/png format. Bad day.
If additional information is needed for the entry to be valid, please let me know, I don't really feel to give it a name/personality/whatever right now unless it's necessary.
